These chicken wraps are a Caesar salad you can hold in one hand, with 44 grams of protein per wrap. The dressing is made with Greek yogurt and Parmesan, so it is creamy and garlicky with a fraction of the calories of bottled Caesar.

Make the dressing first

The Greek yogurt Caesar takes two minutes and doubles as a dip. Make a bigger batch and keep it in the fridge for a week.

Instructions

  1. Whisk all the dressing ingredients together. Thin with 1 tbsp water if needed.

Notes

  • For meal prep, keep the dressed chicken separate from the lettuce and roll the wraps the day you eat them.
  • Low-carb high-fiber tortillas cut about 100 calories per wrap.

    Questions people ask

What is the best chicken for wraps?

Leftover grilled chicken, rotisserie chicken or our Greek yogurt marinated chicken. About 3/4 cup per wrap gives 32 grams of protein from the chicken alone.

How do I keep wraps from getting soggy?

Dry the lettuce well and assemble close to eating. Wrapping tightly in foil also helps.
